Report – Dharmendra feels daughter Esha Deol should rethink separation from Bharat Takhtani for the sake of their children!

Esha Deol and her husband Bharat Takhtani announced their separation earlier in February. Esha’s father, veteran actor Dharmendra, is reportedly “sad” about the couple’s decision to dissolve their marriage, which is why he wants Esha and Bharat to “reconsider getting separated,” according to a report published in Bollywood Life.

Although Dharmendra is said to support Esha Deol’s choice, he feels that the divorce will have a negative impact on Esha and Bharat’s daughters, Radhya and Miraya. A source told the portal, “No parent can be happy seeing their children’s family broken. One can sympathise with Dharmendra ji’s pain because he is a father as well. He wants his daughter to reconsider her decision to separate, but he is not opposed to her making it.”

Dharmendra doesn’t approve of Esha Deol’s decision?

The source went on, “Dharmendra is highly respected by both Bharat and Esha. To the Deol family, he is like a son, and Esha is father Dharmendra’s favourite child, whom he wants to see happy at all times. He wants them to think twice before separating since he is saddened by the fact that her family is becoming hooked. Radhya and Miraya are Esha and Bharat’s two daughters. Their maternal and paternal grandparents are very close to them. Dharamji believes that if the marriage can be saved, it should be because divorce has a negative impact on the children.”

Esha Deol is the daughter of Hema Malini and veteran actor Dharmendra. In Mumbai, she wed Bharat Takhtani in 2012. Their two daughters, Radhya (born in 2017) and Miraya (born in 2019), are theirs.

Esha and Bharat Takhtani, who had been married for over 11 years, had announced their split earlier in February. They said in a joint statement, “We have decided to part ways amicably and mutually. The welfare and best interests of our two children have been and will continue to be our top priorities during this change in our lives. We would value having our privacy respected.”
