Nitesh Tiwari is all set to bring together Ranbir Kapoor and Yash in his highly anticipated film Ramayana. As per the latest update, the filmmakers are commencing with the production of this epic blockbuster. Moreover, Nitesh Tiwari is aiming to kick off the shoot for his dream project in the first quarter of 2024.
The cast of Ramayana features an amazing ensemble. The movie will feature Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, and Sai Pallavi in prominent roles. An inside source revealed, “The Ramayana universe has been actively being created by Nitesh Tiwari and the team, and the blueprint is now complete. The Oscar-winning studio DNEG created the visual effects, and the result is a world that will capture viewers. However, the simplicity of its tale and the powerful inter-character emotions will be the Ramayana’s greatest strengths, not only its striking visuals.”

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is all set to play the iconic character of Lord Rama. Meanwhile, Sai Pallavi is the perfect casting to play for the role of Sita. Earlier, the reports suggested that Ranbir Kapoor’s real-life wife Alia Bhatt was selected to play the role of Sita. However, due to scheduling conflicts, the actress stepped down from the role. Talking about the sensational KGF rockstar Yash will be seen playing the grey character of Ravana. The filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari has surely pulled a big casting coup with this one.
The source further added, “Ranbir and Sai will begin filming the movie in February 2024. Prior to the Sita Haran conflict, Lord Rama and Sita were the main subjects of the first book in the trilogy. From February through August 2024, the pair will work on the movie, finishing up their role in Ramayana: Part One.” Shining light on Yash’s character, the source continued, “Yash will make a lengthy appearance in Part One of the Ramayana, but in the second, which is set in Sri Lanka, his persona will take centre stage. He has allotted 15 days for the filming of Part One of the Ramayana.”
