Bollywood’s veteran actor Sunny Deol has made his comeback to the big screens with the sequel to his original blockbuster Gadar: Ek Prem Katha.
The versatile actor Sunny Deol has experienced success at the box office after 22 years. This only proves that hard work will eventually lead you to your destination with interest. Gadar 2 is currently competing with Bollywood’s King Khan Shah Rukh Khan’s massive blockbuster Jawan for first place at the box office. Just one day after Gadar 2’s milestone of becoming India’s highest-grossing film of 2023 while beating Pathaan, Jawan snatches the place from the latter.
Who’s behind the success of Gadar 2?
The competition may be tough at the box office, but the success bash at the Deol’s house is no less. They have achieved more than they wished for. Rajveer gives the entire credit for Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s blockbuster film Gadar 2 to their recent most important family member.
Recently a source revealed, “Sunny was beaming with joy after the success of Gadar 2 and said it was all possible because of his ‘ghar ki Laxmi, Drisha Acharya” Meanwhile, the younger brother of Karan Deol, Rajveer Deol spoke about his sister-in-law in his recent interview. He said, “My brother got married, and my sister-in-law brought us so much good fortune. All of us at home truly believe that.”
Talking about his father’s success in Gadar 2, Rajveer said, “For 22 years, I have seen him [father] struggle and really work hard. There are no day-offs like when people come up to me and say actor life is very easy. It must be just travelling around because they must have met other actors. I get angry because I see how much my dad works and how much family time he sacrifices to go out there and do something. So to see him finally land a hit with a movie like Gadar 2…He deserves it.”.
