Reportedly, Harry Kane is a Bangalore team fan who plays in the Indian T20 League. The star English footballer was quoted as saying, “So my team is Bangalore. Obviously, I have been lucky enough to meet Virat Kohli a few times and speak with him. So I kind of picked the team to watch him.”
“They have picked up some good players this time. They were unlucky last year but they did the right things this year, they started well. There are some great teams at the ITL. I just like watching all of them to be honest but hopefully, Bangalore can go well” said Kane in an interview with Star Sports.

Harry Kane starred in Tottenham’s win over Southampton by 4-1 in the opening week of the English Premier League 2022/23 season. Spurs who finished fourth last season under Antonio Conte would be looking for higher positions in this edition’s league. The London club signed Richarlison from Everton in a £60m deal from Everton to mount a good title challenge this season.
Twitter was buzzing with the coming together of cricket and football. Fans were quick to compare the Spurs team and Bangalore in their failure to win their respective leagues despite years of endeavour.
