Dua Lipa managed to locate the tiniest pair of hot pants in history just as we were beginning to think that micro shorts couldn’t get any smaller. On Sunday, the pop sensation posted several sun-drenched pictures of herself posing outside in an unnamed tropical paradise surrounded by palm trees while wearing literal booty shorts. Dua wore a ribbed white tank top with no bra underneath for the pictures. She paired the top with a tiny pair of camel suede shorts with a matching belt that exposed the bottom of her butt cheeks.
She wore a diamond pinky ring, tiny hoop earrings that rose up her ear, and a silver wristwatch as jewellery. The pop singer paired her sun-kissed skin with rosy cheeks, a matte pink lip, and loose waves in the centre of her dark brunette hair. Although Dua had before worn short shorts, these were unquestionably the shortest pair. And that’s saying a lot considering that her shorts were cut so high that they resembled knickers in May 2022. Her Lacoste outfit included matching shrunken polo shirts with neon-trimmed sleeves that matched her burgundy, orange, and green striped shorts. She finished off her look with a pair of mismatched accessories, which included green sunglasses, a gold chain belt, and black cowboy boots.
Although Lipa’s current outfit is a little more understated than what we’re used to seeing from the generally glitzy, sparkling, and Y2K-loving Lipa, it’s a nice break from her customary summer style. Just let’s hope that the sun worshipper is wearing sunscreen! But hold on, we already know it is because Lipa just shared her go-to summer beauty products in a Service95 newsletter.
