Star Sri Lanka all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga has been phenomenal throughout the recently concluded Lanka Premier League. After a successful stint with B-Love Kandy, Hasaranga attended his sister’s wedding. A video of that event went viral on social media. It led fans to praise and console Hasaranga, who was seen crying in it.

In the viral video, Hasaranga can be seen crying while performing some rituals. The video soon went viral on social media and created buzz among fans. It’s worth noting that Hasaranga is in red-hot form, as he was the highest run scorer and leading wicket-taker in the recently concluded Lanka Premier League season 4. He led his team to their maiden LPL title by beating Dambulla Aura by five wickets.

In the tournament, Hasaranga scored 279 runs in nine innings at an average of 34.88. Apart from batting, he also showcased his bowling skills, taking 19 wickets in ten matches at a bowling average of 10.74. Hasaranga also became the player with the highest number of sixes in the tournament, with 14 in 10 matches.
