Actor Pankaj Tripathi will bring his magic to the big screen as former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in his upcoming movie, “Mai ATAL Hoon.” On Tuesday, the producers unveiled a teaser for the film. The trailer will be unveiled on Wednesday.
The teaser introduces Pankaj as the PM. The way he speaks and dresses may remind people of the one and only Indian prime minister who served three terms, even though he doesn’t physically resemble Vajpayee. Also, included was Pankaj’s famous kamal saying, “Dalo ke iss dal-dal k bech, ek kamal khilana hoga (we have to bring a change)”.
In response to the teaser, many people expressed their excitement for the film. Through the biopic, fans will be able to follow Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s inspirational journey. The film poster was previously revealed by the creators. The highly anticipated teaser has the internet in a frenzy. The seasoned, multifaceted actor is receiving praise from fans for yet another incredibly amazing performance.

With support from Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Bhanushali Studios Limited, and Legend Studios, Main ATAL Hoon is directed by Ravi Jadhav. The screenplay was written by Ravi Jadhav and Rishi Virmani, while Salim-Sulaiman composed the music. Manoj Muntashir is the songwriter of the song lyrics. The Bollywood film will be released in theatres on January 24.
Speaking about the Main ATAL Hoon filming experience, Pankaj said in a previous statement, “It was an honour in and of itself to be able to play our great leader, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. We spent a lot of time reading to understand his dialect, his way of life, and his vision for India. I’m ecstatic as we begin filming Main Atal Hoon.”
Director Ravi Jadhav went on, speaking of his actor, “I have seen Pankaj Ji’s intense involvement in getting to know and comprehend Atal ji. I thought Pankaj Ji was the ideal choice to portray such a talented personality. With our movie, we want to work the same magic that Atal Ji did with his life and his vision for our nation.”
