Today’s biggest update is the announcement of Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt’s next film. The actor has finally released a video announcement of the upcoming film Jigra. The video announcement is unlike any other and very intriguing. It is a digital artwork that shows our beautiful actress in sombre as she stands in the middle of the street. The street is surrounded by neon hoardings and lights. There is also a voiceover of Alia Bhatt where she can be heard giving the context of the poster.
Let us tell you, Alia Bhatt will be donning two hats for the film Jigra. Along with acting, she is also the producer of the film. Jigra is helmed by the ace director Vasan Bala. The movie is produced under Alia’s very own production house Eternal Sunshine Productions. Dharma Production banner has also backed Alia’s upcoming film. Bollywood buffs are well aware of the epic duo of Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar. They never fail to disappoint the audience when they come together. Jigra will mark a reunion with the ace filmmaker Karan Johar for Alia Bhatt.
In the video announcement, Alia’s voiceover can be heard saying, “Dekh Mujhe. Meri rakhi pehenta haina tu? Tu mere protection mei hai. Tujhe main kuch bhi hone nahi dungi. Kabhi bhi (Look at me. You wear my rakhi right? You are under my protection. I won’t let anything happen to you. Ever).” Proving that Jigra is an epic tale of a sister’s love for her brother.
