Both India and South Africa shared the recently concluded 5-match T20 series, with both teams winning two games each. The last match, unfortunately, was called off due to rain. India are now all set to play a two-match T20I series against Ireland. With most of the senior members in England, Hardik Pandya has been given the role to lead the team, while Bhuvneshwar Kumar is the vice-captain.
Here’s a look at all the details you need to know about the series:

Players to Watch out for: Pandya has been in great form from the start of this year’s Indian T20 League. His captaincy on the international stage would now be under the scanner given how good he was in the Indian T20 League. Suryakumar Yadav is another player who was in great knock but was injured in the Indian T20 League. Eyes would be set on his return as well. Sanju Samson, the captain of this season’s finalist Rajasthan is also making his comeback to the team.
Harry Tector from the Ireland Cricket team had a very good 20-20 Qualifier in February this year and he would be looking to continue his good form further. Gareth Delany is another player who has shown good performance in the 20-20 qualifier. His last four matches have a knock of 51* and 47.
