Lasith Malinga was one of the most feared bowlers in his playing days, and his yorkers, more often than not, got the best of the best. The former Sri Lankan bowler has now taken up the role of Rajasthan’s fast bowling coach. Recently, a video went viral where Shimron Hetmyer was facing Malinga in the nets.
A night ahead of Rajasthan’s clash against Delhi at the Wankhede stadium, Malinga was spotted bowling to Hetmyer. The Rajasthan team’s official Twitter handle posted the video with the caption, “Malinga vs Hettie.”
Malinga bowled a wide yorker that hit the base of Hetmyer’s bat. “What is this guy bowling? He’ll break my bats, man,” said Hetmyer.
