Sharing about his experience of playing Bengaluru. He said that RCB vs CSK is more of a local derby and he is looking forward to playing in front of an amazing crowd.
“When I played for RCB here against CSK, I remember there being more yellow shirts actually for the first time. The crowd is amazing here. It’s an amazing stadium. Really good fans. It’s more of a local derby, which is always a big game and a game that we always look forward to,” Ali said in the video shared by CSK.

In their previous match, Chennai lost to the Royals by a narrow margin. MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja came very close to pulling off a heist but eventually failed. Meanwhile, according to Ali, the loss was not concerning because CSK as a team was highly focused on its process and was aware that it would not be possible for them to win every match in the league.
Ali said, “The one thing with CSK is that it is not always about the result, it’s about the process and that takes care of the result. You are not going to always win. One thing we know is that for MS the process is really important. If we do that well, we will most of the games. That’s how you come back from losing.”
