The Fukrey gang is back with a bang and all the eyes are on the main leads to make the crowd go into laughter splits once again. Their good run at the box office continues as the film has grossed INR 50 crores. The previous two movies also had an epic run at the Indian box office and this is the reason why the producers agreed for the third instalment.
The star cast of Pankaj Tripathi, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, and Richa Chaddha amongst others were enough to attract back the crowds to the theatres. Since the trailer was released earlier in September, the audience wanted to watch the series and drama unfold once again.
The film was released on 28th September 2023 and on the opening day itself earned a staggering amount of INR 8.50 crores. They earned the most on Sunday, October 1, 2023, as they collected INR 15.18 crores.
The Fukrey franchise had its second-biggest day on Monday, October 2, 2023, which was a national holiday on account of Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday. They were able to earn a staggering INR 11.69 crores as the film gained more attention.
