New OTT releases: Uncertain about what to watch this weekend? There are many options available. This week saw the release of several of the biggest films from the previous year on various OTT platforms, including Adah Sharma’s The Kerala Story and Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire in Hindi. The movie Dunki, starring Shah Rukh Khan, was also released on Netflix on Valentine’s Day 2024.

1. Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire (Hindi):

Days after an English-dubbed version of the movie debuted on Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar announced on Friday that the Hindi version of Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is now available for streaming on the platform.

2. Dunki:
OTT Platform – Netflix
Valentine’s Day 2024 marked the digital release of Shah Rukh Khan‘s film. Dunki, which Rajkumar Hirani directed, debuted in theatres in December 2023. Shah Rukh also released a special teaser on Thursday to mark the OTT release of Dunki.
3. The Kerala Story:

Following its release in May 2023, The Kerala Story was dubbed a “propaganda film” and was banned in certain areas. The Kerala Story, though, turned out to be one of the most financially successful films of the previous year, even in spite of the controversy.
4. This Is Me… Now: A Love Story:
OTT Platform – Amazon Prime Video
Directed by Dave Meyers, the 65-minute musical film is Jennifer Lopez’s most recent cinematic creation. It debuted on Prime Video on Friday along with her eponymous album.
5. Love Storiyaan:

Love Storiyaan is a collection of six short films curated by Somen Mishra, Head of Dharmatic Entertainment and Head of Development at Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. – Fiction.
6. House of Ninjas:
OTT Platform – Netflix
Dave Boyle is the creator, director, and writer of the eight-episode Netflix series House of Ninjas, which is based on a story by Yoshiaki Murao, Takafumi Imai, and Kento Kaku, who also serves as the series’ star.
7. Players:
OTT Platform – Netflix
The film is a raucous but heartfelt comedy, starring Gina Rodriguez as Mack, a woman who has spent the last ten years of her life running elaborately planned “plays” with her friends to hook up with strangers.
