After getting delayed several times, the makers of Salaar have finally dropped the official release date of the film. Prabhas starrer magnum opus Salaar is all set to hit the theatres on 22nd December. While the fans of the Bahubali star Prabhas are excited to catch him on the big screens, there are fans who are upset with the release date too. The reason behind this is the big clash between Bollywood’s King Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki.

Even though the ace filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani hasn’t officially announced the release date of his upcoming dream project with Shah Rukh Khan, earlier the Bollywood star had stated that they are scheduled to release the film this year during Christmas. This will mark the clash of the Titans. Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki marks the dream collaboration between the superstar and the skilled filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani. On the other hand, Hombale Films is back with the superstar Prabhas with his magnum opus Pan Indian film Salaar.

Prabhas gets trolled by SRK fans:

This will be the first time the two superstars of India Prabhas and Shah Rukh Khan will face a huge clash at the box office. The netizens are keen to see both of them win at the box office. However, Shah Rukh Khan’s fans are upset with Prabhas for the big clash. As per the earlier reports, Salaar’s filmmakers had a meeting with Dunki’s makers. This was to decide on the release date of the film. Salaar has been facing a lot of issues with the release date. The makers earlier even refunded the tickets and announced the official delay.

The fans are now upset with Salaar’s makers as they decided to release the film on the same day as Dunki’s despite knowing its release date. A Reddit user wrote, “Very unprofessional of Salaar makers to do so out of nowhere. If the same thing was done by SRK/Dunki makers then all hell would’ve been broken and people would’ve called SRK names.” Another wrote, “Stupidity by the makers of Salaar. Unfortunately, both the movies will be affected.”
