Virat Kohli is going through the worst phase of his life as far as his cricketing career is concerned. In the ongoing Indian T20 League 2022, apart from hitting two 40s and a half-century, Kohli’s bat hasn’t produced enough runs. His poor form has been one of the biggest reasons why Bangalore’s batting line-up has struggled in the last three games.

The team either haven’t been able to put up big scores or chase down targets. Although, in the game against Gujarat, the former Bangalore skipper hit a 53-ball 58 and showed glimpses of his return to form. However, his inning didn’t match up to his standards as his strike rate was just more than a hundred.

Meanwhile, David Warner, who is part of the Delhi setup, has given an interesting piece of advice to the former India skipper. Warner has asked the 33-year-old to have a couple of more kids and enjoy life while adding that form is temporary and class is permanent. The opening batter from Australia further added that loss of form can happen to any player in the world.

“Have a couple more Kids and Enjoy Love! The form is temporary and Class is permanent so you don’t lose that. It happens to every single player in the world,” Warner said in a meet and greet session hosted by Sports Yaari founder Sushant Mehta.

The 35-year-old also said that no matter how good a player is, they will go through ebbs and flows in their careers. The Australian cricketer highlighted the fact that it is important to stick to the basics.

“It doesn’t matter how good a player you are, you’re always going to have these ebbs and flows. Sometimes the ebb is a long way before you get back up there. Stick to the basics,” he added.

Kohli’s Bangalore will be up against Chennai on May 4 in a must-win game. It will be interesting to see if he can carry on with the confidence he got from the fifty in the last game.
