Star India batter KL Rahul is celebrating his 31st birthday today. Born in Mangalore, Karnataka, Rahul has established himself as a key player in the Indian cricket team and is considered one of the most talented batsmen in the world. He has been phenomenal for the Indian team in the last few years and also led teams like Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League.
Rahul made his debut for the Indian cricket team in 2014, and since then, has scored numerous runs in all formats of the game. His outstanding performances in the Indian Premier League (IPL) have also earned him a massive fan following as he is one of the most consistent batters of the tournament. Meanwhile, on his special day, KL Rahul’s fans, friends, family and teammates took to social media to wish him a happy birthday.
In numerous birthday wishes, Rahul received a special message from his father-in-law and Bollywood superstar, Suniel Shetty. KL took a day off ahead of LSG vs RR clash
To celebrate his birthday with his wife Athiya Shetty, Rahul has taken a day off from his team Lucknow Super Giants. Notably, LSG is set to face Rajasthan Royals at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on April 19. LSG, who had a great start in the ongoing tournament, has won three out of five games and will look to continue their dominance against the Rajasthan Royals.
Meanwhile, RR will be riding on high confidence as they are coming after beating defending champions Gujarat Titans at their home ground. RR is currently sitting at the top of the points table after winning four games in the IPL 2023. They will hope to continue their dominance and will try to win the title.
