The craze of the Bangalore team in the Indian T20 League is immense. Even though the franchise has not won a single edition of the tournamnet, fans have never been disloyal to their team. A recent incident, however, has left all the Bangalore fans puzzled.

Sara Tendulkar, daughter of legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, posted an Instagram story that left the Bangalore fans puzzled. In her story, Sara shared a picture of her notebook where she misspelt “RBC”  for the Bangalore franchise. “I keep writing RCB instead of RBC by mistake (facepalm emoji),” she wrote in the story.

As expected, trolls were right on the cue to have some fun. Many said that she should have written Gujarat instead of Bangalore. This was in reference to her rumoured relationship with Shubman Gill, who is a member of the Gujarat franchise.

In the meantime, former Bangalore player Chris Gayle recently revealed an interesting story from back when he played for the team. A young girl’s nose was broken when one of Gayle’s sixes hit her in the face during an Indian T20 League game, but when Gayle went to check on her, her spirit floored him.

“The ball ricocheted off the wall and hit a young girl in the nose. Immediately, I went straight to the hospital and saw her with bloody nose and bloody clothes,” Gayle, who represented RCB in seven IPL seasons from 2011 to 2017, told former India batsman Robin Uthappa on the ‘Home of Heroes’ show on JioCinema.

“She was like, ‘why are you sad? Don’t worry, hit more sixes!’ That was so amazing man! She helped me feel better by telling me that even when she’s in pain, she wanted me to hit more sixes,” Gayle said on the show.

“It was a touching moment. The next game, every fan had a placard saying, ‘please break my nose’, so I could go visit them in the hospital.”
