Animal Movie Review:
To begin, we have Ranvijay Singh (Ranbir Kapoor), whose life goal is to gain approval from his father, Balbir Singh (Anil Kapoor). Still, he never gets it because he’s a busy man in charge of a million-dollar Swastik Oil. Balbir’s life is in danger because of the wealthy businessman’s problems, and his son’s papa-phobia leads him to take the animalistic route in life.
The formula is to package the basic rich father-son, danger from enemies, and revenge from a villain saga in a stylish way backed by pumping BGM, but the goal of proving masculinity with every scene gets on your nerves like nothing else. The story feels like it is based in the 90s, and it’s nothing if Ranbir Kapoor isn’t in it. The film is the perfect combination to make a massy star.
Talking about the background music, it gives life to the strong storyline A special mention to the artist, who managed to create an impactful background score that adds everything to a scene. Ranbir Kapoor outdid himself and reminded everyone what a stellar actor he is. Bobby Deol was a treat to everyone’s eyes. He essayed the villain role and might become the audience’s favourite villain of the year. Rashmika Mandanna‘s presence didn’t add or take away much.
Final word: You cannot miss the film if you love massy action thrillers. Animal is a ride to extreme violence and crime, so make your guts strong and go in prepared.
