She captioned the boomerang as ’17 days later’ proving that she did all that hard work and lost weight in just so little time.

The new post of Disha Parmar has stunned her fans and followers. The actress along with Rahul Vaidya recently welcomed a baby girl. Sharing the announcement with their fans of their baby girl’s arrival the couple captioned, “We are blessed with a Baby GIRL! The mummy and baby both are healthy and doing perfectly well! We would like to thank our Gynaec @dhruptidedhia who was hands-on with the baby right from conceiving till birth and special thanks to our family @dnamjoshi & @masuuma at @criticareasiahospitals for giving us the best delivery experience possible! And we are elated! (baby face emoticons) pls, bless the baby.”

Coming to her diet and regime, the actress worked out daily and rigorously. Consistency is the key to getting desired results. She even ate healthy and fresh. Disha also dropped a post on her Instagram exercising. She captioned that post as, “Life Lately”. Therefore, the actress has been rigorously working out and doing her best to get back in shape.
