Watch: Jasprit hits the stumps bowling left-arm pace
In a recent video uploaded by Mumbai, Jasprit Bumrah is seen hitting the stumps bowling left-handed during a net session.
Mumbai is the most successful team in the history of the Indian T20 League 2022. They have five titles to their name which is the most by any team. But in the 15th edition of the tournament, they are having a terrible team. They have registered eight straight defeats in the tournament and are yet to get off the mark in the points table.
The main reason behind Mumbai’s dismal performance this year has been the flop show by some of their main players. One of these is their spearhead of the pace attack Jasprit Bumrah. In the eight matches so far, he has picked up just five wickets at an average of 45.8 and an economy rate of 7.55.
While in a recent video uploaded by the franchisee on their official social media handles, Bumrah is seen hitting the stumps while bowling left-handed during a practice session. He is known for his accurate yorkers and is often seen hitting the stumps in match situations. However, the recent video is proof that he is pretty accurate while bowling with his wrong hand too.

Speaking of Mumbai’s campaign, they will be facing Rajasthan in their next match at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai on the 30th of April. Although Mumbai has already been knocked out of the tournament, they will still be looking to win the match and register their first points in the tournament.
The Rohit Sharma-led team will look to avenge their defeat against Rajasthan from their previous encounter. Mumbai lost the encounter by a margin of 29 runs after they got derailed during their chase. On the other hand, Rajasthan will be looking to continue the winning momentum they are carrying from their last match. Rajasthan won the match against Bangalore by 29 runs while defending a moderate total of 144 runs. The men in pink are sitting pretty at the second spot in the points table with six wins from eight matches.
