Shah Rukh Khan, the ace Bollywood actor, recently visited the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi in Katra. On social media, a video of the actor leaving the shrine went viral. Shah Rukh is looking forward to the release of his next film, Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The actor previously visited ahead of the release of his most recent two films, Jawan and Pathaan, making this his third visit this year.
Shah Rukh is seen being escorted by his entourage and a few policemen in the video, which PTI shared on X. Pooja Dadlani, his manager, is with him. To avoid public scrutiny, the actor disguised himself. To conceal his identity, he wore a large black jacket and a cap. The video has gone viral on social media. The netizens are pouring in praises and compliments to the actor.

Dunki, starring Shah Rukh, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, and others, will be released in theatres on December 21. The actor recently explained the meaning of the film’s title on X (formerly Twitter), writing, “Because everybody asks, what does Dunki mean? Dunki denotes being separated from one’s loved ones. And when you’re with them, it feels like the moment should last forever.”
Not only Jawan, but SRK also paid his respects at the shrine prior to the release of Pathaan in January of this year. Both films became the year’s biggest blockbusters, grossing over Rs 1000 crore each globally. Bollywood’s Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has taken his rightful throne as he is competing by himself for the highest-grosser movie in India for 2023.
Earlier, he created history with Pathaan and came to the top. Later in September, he defeated himself with Jawan and broke his own record. Now, fans of the actor cannot wait to see what his third film of the year does. Fans are waiting to rush in a frenzy at the theatres. The anticipation around Dunki is high.
