The Abu Dhabi T10 league came into being in 2017, launched and owned by T Ten Sports Management. The league was officially sanctioned by the cricket’s governing council in the year 2018. Over the years the tournament has enthralled the audience with the fast-paced action of the Ten overs cricket.
The league has seen five seasons so far with the top international players featuring on all sides of the tournament. The crowd has witnessed many marvellous performances by their favourite cricketing players in the star-studded tournament. - Hazratullah Zazai – The opener has been successful in giving explosive starts to his team on most occasions. The batter was the leading run-scorer of the last season with a strike rate of 200.
- Chris Gayle – Like T20 cricket, Gayle didn’t take much time to adapt to T10 cricket and became the worst nightmare of bowlers in this format too.
- Liam Livingstone – The star all-rounder brings to the table his all-round skills. His hitting prowess is known to everyone, apart from that Livingstone can become a handy bowler as well rolling his arm over on numerous occasions for the team.
- Rahmanullah Gurbaz – The batter has been one of the most successful batters in the middle order in the tournament. He was the third highest run scorer of the recent season with a strike rate of over 200.
- Moeen Ali – Moeen Ali is another all-rounder who gives a perfect balance to any team. The batter is known for his attacking stroke play against spinners and can pick crucial wickets as well.
- Rovman Powell – Powell is another solid batter who can go bonkers from ball one and give a great finish to the team.

- Philip D Salt (wk) – Philp Dean Salt was the most successful wicketkeeper of the recent season. He is more than handy as a batter as he was the second highest run scorer of the recent season with a strike rate of 240.
- Wanindu Hasaranga – Wanindu Hasaranga is one of the emerging mystery spinners in the world. The spinner has deceived many batters in the T10 league as well as being the highest wicket-taker of the recent season.
- Tymal Mills – Tymal Mills has a plethora of variations in his repertoire and can unleash any new delivery at any stage of the match to outsmart the batters.
- Odean Smith – Odean Smith is a proper seamer who can attack with the new ball and put the batters under pressure right from the word go.
