Following ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, Prabhas’ upcoming film is ‘The Raja Saab’. At the international box office, the ‘Baahubali’ actor’s most recent film, ‘Salaar‘, has brought in over Rs 600 crores. Fans of some of The Raja Saab’s earlier films will recognise the first look poster. The vivid, hallucinogenic colours hint at a world apart from ‘Salaar’ or Saaho’s setting. After doing two action films in a row, he needs a vacation. ‘The Raja Saab’ has a medium budget, and according to reports, Prabhas modified his fees to fit the picture.
On the occasion of Makar Sankranthi and Pongal, the makers have unveiled this colourful poster. The movie is slated for release in 2025. Maruthi Dasari is renowned for his comedic abilities. ‘Prema Katha Chitram’, ‘Mahanubhavudu’, and ‘Pati Roju Pandage’ are a few of his earlier works. In the picture, Prabhas doesn’t resemble his bulked-up avatars from ‘Baahubali’, ‘Saaho’, or ‘Salaar’. His lungi hitching up also gives us a slight Pawan Kalyan-like feeling.

Prabhas was shown on the poster sporting a vibrant dhoti and a black shirt. With a smile, he strolled down an empty street while firecrackers erupted in the distance. Prabhas will play ‘The Raja Saab’ in the movie. Dropping the first look for his fans, Prabhas captioned the photo as, “Presenting The Raja Saab’s First Look in this festive season. Variety claims that Maruthi Dasari is the director of the movie. Producer TG Vishwa Prasad and co-producer Vivek Kuchibotla are working under the People Media Factory banner. The composer is Thaman S. The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
