Team India fast bowler Mukesh Kumar has joined the Indian team ahead of the 4th T20I against Australia in Raipur. The pacer had returned home after the second T20I in order to take part in the wedding festivities.
There were many pictures and videos that came out of his ceremonies which the social media was in awe of. During the haldi and Sangeet ceremonies, many videos of the couple dancing and enjoying the lovely moments were captured. The pacer then put the formal announcement of his wedding on social media. The fans did not leave any stone unturned to make sure to pour love over the newly wed couple.
The Indian team skipper announced during the toss that he would be missing the 3rd T20I due to this reason itself. Avesh Khan was given a chance by India, as he made his T20I comeback for his first match since the Hangzhou Asian Games.
The Indian team missed the services of Mukesh Kumar dearly since the pacer’s variations were fruitful for the side during the first two T20Is. Due to Suryakumar Yadav having faith in him to bowl in the last over, Mukesh Kumar has proven to be economical with the ball.
While the visitors scored 208 in the first game, Mukesh was instrumental in the victory. He conceded only 5 runs in the last over during the Australian innings.
Deepak Chahar back in the scheme of things?
Deepak Chahar was roped into the team as his replacement for that match. The Chennai Super Kings pacer did not play the game but is still expected to remain with the squad.
Chahar had several difficulties with his injuries, but he still performed well in the games that he did. Along with partner Tushar Deshpande, he demonstrated the knack to make significant breakthroughs. He was able to claim 13 wickets in 10 IPL games. During the powerplay overs, his efforts were crucial in applying pressure.
