In 2019, Rohit Sharma was at his peak in cricket, especially in his favourite format, ODIs. Before the World Cup, Sharma was in great form in the format. The star batter said “2019 World Cup was the best cricket I have played, got some runs but again I have mentioned many times, if you don’t win the trophy, these runs don’t matter, I was disappointed as we had given everything as a team but it wasn’t just for us” and expressed his bittersweet opinion.
