The Nagpur Test of the India vs Australia Test series is just a few hours away from commencement. The two teams are all set for the first match in Nagpur. The Australian team set up their camp in Allur ahead of the series.
Now, Australia’s star opener David Warner was spotted in a very unusual manner. The left-hander was spotted batting right-handed during a practice session just a day ahead of the match. A picture of the same has been doing rounds on social media.

This was the perfect opportunity for the Indian Cricket Team’s fans to take a dif at Warner. Many Twitter users speculated that he was acting in fear of Ravichandran Ashwin. The star all-rounder is India’s got wicket-taking option against left-handers.
“Ashwin be like: Khel wo rahe hai… Khilwa hum rahe hai,” a user tweeted. “By the end of series, ye peeth par lait kar khelega,” another user said. “@ashwinravi99 Ana ka khof hai Babu bhaiya. This man can literally give lefties an hell like they had seen it never before, True Legend @ashwinravi99 sir, Hatts Off,” wrote a third.
Meanwhile, the stadium grounds staff worked hard on Tuesday to fine-tune the playing surface. After watering the entire surface, the roller treatment was used only to the centre of the pitch, and extra watering was done outside the left-leg hander’s stump.
Responding to the pitch, senior cricket expert Robert Craddock said on SEN’s podcast, ”It’s a multi-toned pitch. The classic saying about pitches is, ‘Oh, it’s the same for everyone”.
“When the Gabba pitch too much grass was left on it, people were saying, ‘Yes, it was not a great wicket, but it was the same everyone. But you can’t say that about this pitch, Australia has six left-handers in their top eight, so if you start multi-preparing parts of the deck that’s straight-up pitch doctoring, it’s poor,” he said.

I think Warny might play right handed and the aussie critics will blame that on the pitches made to counter aussie left handed batsmen. ??
