Suryakumar Yadav rises to number 5 on highest run-getters for India in T20I

Suryakumar Yadav had a good performance in the first T20I match against New Zealand, scoring 47 runs in 34 balls, achieving a personal milestone. With this performance, he has now become India’s fifth-highest run-getter in T20I with a total of 1625 runs, surpassing MS Dhoni’s tally of 1617 runs.
The top four run-getters for India in T20I are Virat Kohli (4008), Rohit Sharma (3853), KL Rahul (2265) and Shikhar Dhawan (1759). MS Dhoni (1617) who has retired from international cricket has now slid to 6th making way for Suryakumar Yadav.
