Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Karishma Sawant says goodbye to the show!

Karishma Sawant, who plays Aarohi, is leaving Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) as the show enters its fourth generation. Rajan Shahi’s Director Kut Production is producing the longest-running Hindi TV serial. “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has completely transformed my life. What else can I say? I became an actor on the set. It gave me the career I had always wanted,” she says.

The actor has had an emotional experience while filming the final segment of the show. “I didn’t expect it to be so emotional. I thought I’d be fine, but I ended up becoming emotional. Moreover, I will not only miss the off-screen bond but also the characters. I’ll miss the world we made,” she adds. Karishma says her takeaways from the role of Aarohi, given the overwhelming love she received for the role are, “I will cherish the memories created with the entire team and that set which felt like home. I had a lot of fun playing Aarohi. It all started with some shades, and the way life changed her was incredible. She lived solely for her daughter. It taught me that motherhood can transform you for the better.”

Karishma Sawant gets candid:

So much has been said about Akshara and Aarohi’s sibling bond. On this, she adds, “Akshara and Aarohi’s relationship wasn’t easy but one thing was sure deep down, family is family and they always knew that and would have each other’s back in times of trouble.”  The iconic show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai changed many people’s lives for the better. “All the best thu thu thu,” Karishma adds. Despite the fact that she has yet to meet the new cast, she wishes them all the best for the next leg. When asked about the type of roles she would like to play after Arohi, she replied, “I just want to give my best to whatever comes my way with all my heart as I always do,”

The viewers cannot wait to meet the 4th gen of the popular Indian television serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The cast of the current season is all set to say goodbye to the series. Rajan Shahi, the mastermind of the series is determined to keep the audience entertained with new drama and Masala.
