The Undertaker spoke about the disappointment in the locker room after a strange Vince McMahon decision.
WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker revealed that a lot of wrestlers were upset that WrestleMania XXX stopped his streak. For more than twenty years, The Deadman had an amazing unblemished streak at The Grandest Stage of Them All. There were triumphs against some of the most well-known wrestlers in history. His 21-0 winning record, nevertheless, was shockingly ended by Brock Lesnar in 2014.
According to Vince McMahon during the Stone Cold Podcast, The Beast’s break from the streak was partly due to the absence of a suitable substitute for the position.
The Undertaker said in an interview with the most recent edition of the Six Feet Under podcast. He spoke about how many performers thought The Streak shouldn’t have been ended at all.
He said, “Among fans, even amongst the talent because most of the guys were, they were pis**d. They were like, ‘Man, The Streak shouldn’t have been broke.’ That’s the business. I don’t have any decision in that but a lot of the boys that were part of making that streak something, making it mean what it meant. They were like ‘D**n man, why are you taking away? Why are you taking away such a vital part of WrestleMania?’ It was like ‘This is as important as a title match.”

One of the most well-known figures in WWE history, The Phenom is one of the all-time greats. At WrestleMania, he defeated a number of well-known wrestlers, including Triple H, Diesel, Shawn Michaels, CM Punk, and Kane. After The Streak defeated Ric Flair at WrestleMania 17, The Undertaker mentioned in his podcast that people began to take notice of The Streak.
The Undertaker said, “Shortly after the Flair match, that’s when the streak really came alive. It really became special. There were guys that will tell you, and there’s still guys that would tell you like, ‘I don’t care if I’m the main event or not. I want the streak.”
