When Solo Sikoa left NXT and moved to SmackDown to join the Bloodline, the group’s strength surpassed the WWE Universe’s expectations. Before the Royal Rumble, WWE announced a massive first-time-ever match between Sikoa and Kevin Owens.
The Bloodline gained another member of the Anoa’i family last year when Solo Sikoa appeared at WWE Clash at The Castle 2022. He interfered in Roman Reigns’ match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Drew McIntyre, giving Reigns the victory.
The Enforcer has been a fantastic addition to the stable, dispatching several superstars from both brands. Kevin Owens surprised the former NXT North American Champion last night when he attacked him and The Tribal Chief during their contract-signing segment for Royal Rumble.
WWE announced that The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa will face former Universal Champion Kevin Owens in a one-on-one match almost 24 hours before the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. It will be interesting to see if The Prizefighter can end Sikoa’s unbeaten streak on the main roster.
The Judgment Day ascended to the top of the red brand’s tag team division earlier this month when Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and Damien Priest won a Gauntlet match to become the new number-one contenders for the titles.
For nearly a year, Judgment Day has been the dominant stable of the red brand. The Bloodline, on the other hand, never confronted the stable until their victory on WWE RAW a few weeks ago. The Judgment Day interrupted The Usos and Solo Sikoa’s match at WWE RAW XXX last week on WWE RAW. Rhea Ripley confronted The Enforcer in order to protect her Dom-Dom.
The segment ended with a brawl between the two stables, which resulted in a match between Solo Sikoa and Mustafa Ali. The Usos will compete for the RAW Tag Team Championships against Dominik Mysterio and Damien Priest on RAW XXX.
