Women’s T20 League: Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani to perform in opening ceremony, AP Dhillon to sing league anthem
The inaugural edition of the Women’s T20 League will take place in Mumbai from March 4, 2023.
The Cricket Board of India is doing everything possible for the safe conduct of the Women’s T20 League beginning on March 4. Bollywood actresses Kriti Sanon and Kiara Advani are ready to awe spectators worldwide during the opening ceremony of the much-anticipated franchise league. AP Dhillon, a well-known singer, will also perform the Women’s T20 League anthem at the same event.
The Women’s T20 League 2023 opening ceremony is anticipated to occur before the season opener. On March 4 at 7:30 PM IST, Gujarat and Mumbai will play in the inaugural game of the Women’s T20 League. Five franchises will battle it out in the inaugural Women’s T20 League

The two international players who received the highest bids, Ashleigh Gardner of Australia and Natalie Sciver of England, were sold to Gujarat and Mumbai, respectively, for INR 3.20 Crore each. Among the headline purchases was Shafali Verma, leader of the India U19 team and champion of the U19 20-20 World Cup, who was sold to the Delhi franchise for INR 2 Crore.
The talented vocalist AP Dhillon, who has a few hit songs like “Brown Munde,” “Excuses,” “Insane,” “Tere Te,” to his credit, will dazzle the crowd.
