 Rohit Sharma looked in decent touch throughout the series. He scored a quick-fire half-century in the last match and will look to end the series on a high.

2. Shubman Gill

Shubman Gill has been at the top of his game. The rising star has already scored a double-century in the series and is looking forward to another strong performance.

3. Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli has not had the best start in the series. However, given his excellent form, a good knock might be just around the corner.

4. Ishan Kishan (wk)

The southpaw recently smashed a cracking double century against Bangladesh but hasn't been in his best ever since. However, he is likely to retain his place in the 3rd ODI against the Kiwis.

5. Hardik Pandya

The all-rounder was stunning with the ball in the second match. The 29-year-old picked up two wickets, giving away just 16 runs from six overs.

6. Suryakumar Yadav

The flamboyant Suryakumar Yadav is yet to show his class in the 50-overs format. This can be his last opportunity to make a mark.

7. Shahbaz Ahmed

Shahbaz Ahmed has shown his all-round prowess in the Indian Premier League. Also, the 28-year-old has fared well with the ball for India, picking up three wickets in as many ODIs.

8. Yuzvendra Chahal

The spin-wizard is likely to make a return in the playing XI. He is expected to replace Kuldeep Yadav, who picked up one wicket in the last ODI at Raipur.

9. Mohammed Shami

Veteran Pacer Mohammed Shami wreaked havoc with the new ball in the previous match. He picked up three wickets and would hope to continue with the same kind of form.

10. Mohammed Siraj

Mohammed Siraj has been exceptional so far. With five wickets under his belt, he currently is India's leading wicket-taker of the series.

11. Umran Malik

Ace pacer Umran Malik is likely to replace Shardul Thakur in the third and final ODI of the series. He has picked up 12 wickets from seven ODIs so far.
