The Indian legend Virat Kohli presented a signed jersey of his to Pakistani pacer Haris Rauf post India – Pakistan clash
India defeated arch-rivals Pakistan in the second match of the Asia Cup 2022 at Dubai International Stadium. The Indian skipper Rohit Sharma, after electing to bowl first restricted Pakistan to only 147 and Hardik Pandya outclassed others to chase it down for the Men in Blue. Indian veteran Virat Kohli came into the match after a halt from the game and played a decent knock and looked confident at the start of the powerplay overs. Post-match, the Indian veteran provided a signed jersey of his to Pakistani young pacer Haris Rauf who went wicketless that day.
The kind gesture from Virat Kohli won hearts once again as his fans claimed that he has become more mature over the years. A few of his fans lauded his humbleness and rated him as the humblest cricketer ever. In the video uploaded by the Indian cricket board, the Delhi-born was seen interacting with the Pakistani youngster. “The match may be over but moments like these shine bright A heartwarming gesture by @imVkohli as he hands over a signed jersey to Pakistan’s Haris Rauf post the #INDvPAK game,” the Indian cricket board captioned the video.

I was kind of trying to fake my intensity a bit recently: Virat Kohli
The Indian star batter said in an interview with Star Sports before the start of the campaign that he was mentally down and was trying to fake his intensity. The Bangalore batter was happy to admit to his mental health and said that it was worse to fake being strong than admitting to being weak.
“I came to the realisation that I was kind of trying to fake my intensity a bit recently— you know you can do that, you are competitive and you are saying I have the intensity but your body is telling you to stop and it is telling you to take a break and step back. I am looked at as a guy who is very mentally strong and I am. Everyone has a limit and you need to recognise that limit otherwise things can get unhealthy for you,” he said.
“Trust me, faking to be strong is far worse than admitting to be weak,” Kohli added further.
