Shah Rukh Khan was seen enjoying Abu Dhabi Knight Riders win on Sunday
It is the season of T20 Cricket and the latest league that is taking place is the ILT20 league. On Sunday, the Dubai Vipers took on the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders in Dubai. Shah Rukh Khan who owns the Knight Riders franchise was seen in attendance.
The presence of the team owner seemed to have worked in the favor of the team. Abu Dhabi began their season with a bang and won the game by 8-wickets. This win has now taken Abu Dhabi Knight Riders to the joint top of the table.
ILT20 season began on Friday with the Gulf Giants beating the Sharjah Warriors. The second game of the tournament was between MI Emirates and Dubai Capitals. Nicolas Pooran led MI Emirates and lost the game to David Warner’s Dubai Capitals.
Abu Dhabi Knight Riders post an easy win –
It was the start of the tournament and Shah Rukh Khan saw his team win their 1st match in the ILT20 tournament. Sunil Narine won the toss and put the Desert Vipers into bat first. Alex Hales and Colin Munro added 33 runs for the first wicket before David Willey struck. The former England seamer got his erstwhile teammate Hales out for 11.

Irish fast bowler, Joshua Little struck next when he had the wicket of Colin Munro for 22. Daniel Lawrence was out for 19 falling to Imad Wasim caught by Andries Gous. The Englishman is set to fly to India to replace Harry Brook for the Test series.
Adam Hose top scored with 45 while Wanindu Hasaranga contributed with 24 hours. Fast bowler Ali Khan picked three wickets, while skipper Narine picked. The Vipers ended their 20 overs with 164 runs on the board.
Sheldon Cottrell struck first when he had the key wicket of Alishan Sharafu for 1. Andries Gous and Michael Kyle Pepper then added 85 runs for the 2nd wicket to steady the ship. Tymal Mills and Daniel Lawrence struck in quick succession to two wickets.
Laurie Evans joined Andries Gous and added 71 runs for the 4th wicket to seal the deal for the Knight Riders. With 95 not out of 50 balls with 5 fours and 7 sixes, Andries Gous was awarded the player of the match. The second game is set to pit MI Emirates against the Gulf Giants.
