The Hundred has been introduced with an aim to take the entertainment factor a few notches higher. So far three matches have been played with all being exciting affairs. 

In the fourth match of this season, Trent Rockets are going to clash with Birmingham Phoenix. Let’s look at all the details of the upcoming The Hundred match. 

Trent Rockets vs Birmingham Phoenix Team News: 

With five wins in eight matches, Trent Rockets finished third last season. They however could not reach the final as they were beaten by the Southern Brave in the eliminator. This time around, the team would be looking to clinch the trophy. The team is filled with superstars in the likes of Joe Root, Rashid Khan, Dawid Malan, and Tabraiz Shami and is led by Lewis Gregory. 

Birmingham Phoenix topped the group table last season but lost the final to Southern Brave. They would be looking to go a step further and lift the trophy this time. Star all-rounder Moeen Ali is tasked with leading the team in the second season. BPH features stars like Liam Livingstone, Will Smeed, Matthew Wade, Kane Richardson and Imran Tahir. 

In what came as unfortunate news to Birmingham Phoenix, their pacers Olly Stones and Christ Woakes are expected to miss the whole season due to an injury. Adam Milne is also a doubt in his first match.
