The Johnny Depp- Amber Heard controversy and following court case was laid bare for everyone to see. The Hollywood actor came out as the eventual winner of the case and got back much of his lost respect.
While both actors were the centre of attention throughout the court proceedings, it was also Depp’s lawyer and friend Camille Vasquez. The whole world watched the American attorney fight for the right and with added style.
In a matter of days, she became famous with Vogue magazine calling her an “overnight celebrity”. Good Trends showed immense searches for her name and TikTok received over 980 million impressions for her hashtag. On the back of her successful lawyership, she was promoted from associate to partner at her firm, Brown Rudnick.
Her Instagram follower count also jumped immensely to 174k now. Naturally, she enjoys a bit of fanfare and popularity on social media where she posts about the Depp v Heard trial and other issues.
Recently, however, her one Instagram story caught the eye of many as it was an entirely different subject to what she often posts about. In this story, she calls out Kylian Mbappe for disrespecting Lionel Messi. Her story read, “Kyliam Mbappe on December 20th, will be 24 years old. At 24, Messi had 3 Ballon d’Ors. One should always show respect. And stay humble.”

A fallout reported at PSG
The story is about the alleged fallout between Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe at the French club PSG. In PSG’s second match of Ligue 1, Mbappe was seen bumping into Messi and arguing with Neymar for a penalty. The clip went viral with reports of a power struggle at the French club.
Reportedly, Mbappe who has been given veto rights at PSG has fallen out with Neymar and Messi the two most popular players in the world. It led to people trolling Mbappe and comparing his career at 23 years old with that of Messi’s when he was of the same age.
Camille Vasquez seems to have come up on her on the report and interestingly asked Mbappe to stay humble.
