Sri Lanka vs Afghanistan 2022: Full Squads, Schedule, Where to Watch, Live Streaming details

After a disappointing performance in the 20-20 World Cup 2022, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan will be playing against each other in a three-match ODI series. Sri Lanka won the Asia Cup, recently, after beating the likes of big teams like India and Pakistan.

Afghanistan easily trounced the Island nation in the group stage of the tournament but in the super-four match against the same team, Sri Lanka mounted an impressive comeback. 

Meanwhile, the first match of the upcoming series will be played in Pallekele on Friday. Notably, all three matches of the ODI series will be played in Pallekele. This series will be a part of the Cricket Council Body ODI Super League 2023.

Both teams will look to win the series in order to remain in the top 8 at the super league rankings. Sri Lanka have won 3 out 4 ODI matches played against Afghanistan, while the Afghans have managed to win only 1 match against the Lankans.
