‘Ronaldo bhai ka kaam he hai record todna’ – Fans react as Cristiano Ronaldo becomes first player to reach 600 million followers on Instagram
Cristiano Ronaldo scored the winner yesterday night as he guided his side to the Arab Champions Cup 2023.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the first individual in the world to achieve 600 million Instagram followers. He surpasses celebrities like Selena Gomez and rival Lionel Messi in terms of followers on the platform. He has become incredibly well-liked all across the world. This was anticipated because Ronaldo undoubtedly has the largest and most devoted fan base on the entire planet. That is true even though he is no longer playing in Europe.
After joining Al Nassr in January, Cristiano Ronaldo endured a disappointing debut campaign. While on an individual level, he has decent stats, scoring 14 goals across 16 games. But the group was unable to execute well and they finished second in the Saudi Pro League.
When manager Rudi Garcia stated that the athlete was going to go to Europe rather than retire in Saudi Arabia, there were rumours of a departure after only six months. But most recently, he denied all of these rumours, declaring that he was never going back to Europe. However, he might end himself liking life in Saudi after all.
His girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, posted pictures and videos of her having fun in the water. There were a couple of remarks that were not quite kind to her. They began to criticise her clothing, saying that it was inappropriate for Ronaldo and that she ought to be more devoted to him. Additionally, they claimed that by wearing in such a way, she is disrespecting Saudi culture and that she cannot be anything without him.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been clinical for Al-Nassr
Cristiano Ronaldo signed for Al-Nassr in January of this year after leaving Manchester United in November of last year following a mutual contract termination. In 19 games as part of the Saudi Arabian team, he netted 14 goals and contributed two assists, although they were unsuccessful in winning a title.
Since the 2023–24 season began, Ronaldo has been in outstanding form, scoring four goals across five games. Al-Nassr’s qualification to compete in the King’s Cup final was assured when he converted a penalty against Al-Shorta in the 75th minute. When Al-Nassr plays Al-Hilal in the upcoming King’s Cup final on Saturday, the skipper will try to get the much-needed trophy to his new club.
