Sachin Tendulkar is a big name in Indian cricket. However, commenting on him and saying that he is a big name would be an understatement as the 49-year-old is considered a god in cricket. Many former cricketers have played alongside the Indian legend and have opined that he deserves such high stature.

The legend made his debut when he was just 16 and there was no turning back. A teen born in Mumbai went on to make as many as a hundred international centuries. Sachin Tendulkar’s record of hundred 100s remains unbeaten till now and looks like it will be for decades to come. The Indian legend is currently leading India Legends in the Road Safety World Series 2022.

In the match against England Legends, Sachin Tendulkar showed a glimpse of his vintage best. However, fans claimed that the batter is still in touch and a few sarcastically trolled the current Indian team requesting the Indian legend to recall his retirement. While facing a ball against Chris Tremlett, Sachin Tendulkar danced down the wicket and hit the ball to six.

A true fan of the Indian legend would never forget his 1998 saga at Sharjah. The year turned out to be the turning point in Sachin Tendulkar’s life as his 143* “desert storm” innings will forever be etched in the hearts. However, the batter produced his magical class yet again in the finals of the Coca-Cola cup against Australia at the same venue.

Sachin Tendulkar scored 134 runs in the finals against Australia in the Coca-Cola cup in Sharjah. While facing Tom Moody in the 43rd over, he danced down the track and hit the fifth ball to a six. One of his fans recalled his latest innings and compared it to the shot from 1998.

Here’s the video:

Sachin Tendulkar’s masterclass

Sachin Tendulkar is proving yet again that he is the best example of the word ‘class’. The batter played a stellar inning against the England Legends and crumbled after scoring forty runs off twenty balls. On the back of his splendid innings and Yuvraj Singh’s quick thirty, India Legends put on a total of 170 at the end of fifteen overs.

England Legends tried their best to chase down the total. However, the team succumbed to 130 runs at the end of fifteen overs. India Legends clinched the crucial win by a great margin of 40 runs.
