Road Safety World Series 2022 Match 10 and 11 Preview: Sri Lanka Legends vs South Africa Legends and Australia Legends vs Bangladesh Legends

Sri Lanka Legends are on a winning spree having won both of their matches so far.

The fascinating action in the Road Safety World Series 2022 will continue today as two enthralling encounters are scheduled for the fans. The first match will be between Sri Lanka Legends and South Africa Legends. Sri Lanka Legends are on a winning spree having won both of their matches so far. While South Africa Legends had a washout in the last game. The second game of the day is between Australia Legends and Bangladesh Legends.

Sri Lanka Legends

Sri Lanka Legends is placed in the second position in the points table. After being awarded ‘The Player of the tournament’ last season, TM Dilshan has carried his form in this season as well. He has scored 122 runs in two innings at an average of 61 and a strike rate of 158. Dilshan scored a magnificent 107 off 56 balls in the opening encounter against Australia Legends. On the bowling front, Nuwan Kulasekara has been the leading wicket-taker, having six wickets in two innings at an average of 7.83 and an economy of 6.71.

South Africa Legends

South Africa Legends is placed in the fourth position on the points table, having won one and lost one out of their three matches. Andrew Puttick has been the highest run-scorer for them, with 74 runs at an average of 74 and a strike rate of 123. Johan Botha has been the team’s leading wicket-taker, picking up four wickets at an average of 12.50 and an economy of 6.25.

Australia Legends

Australia Legends is placed at the last position on the points table after losing their opening encounter against Sri Lanka Legends. Nathan Reardon was the highest run scorer of the match for Australia, with an unbeaten 46. They have a star-studded lineup of Brett Lee, Shane Watson and Mitchell Johnson, who will look to get their first win under their belt in the competition.

Bangladesh Legends

Bangladesh is placed at the seventh position in the points table, having lost both of their opening matches. Dhiman Ghosh has been the leading run-scorer for the team, with 63 runs in two innings at a strike rate of 106. Abdur Razzak has been the leading wicket-taker, having picked up two wickets for 35 runs at an average of 17.50.
