Several footballers from around the globe do their own unique celebrations after scoring a goal. Some of the famous celebrations are Cristiano Ronaldo’s Siuu, Ayoze Pérez, Neymar Jr, and Kylian Mbappe’s s celebration style. Over the years, some cricketers have been imitating these celebrations. Similarly, in the ongoing Indian T20 League 2022, some of these celebrations have been imitated by the likes of Mohammed Siraj, Umesh Yadav, and Wanindu Hasaranga.

Siraj, Yadav, and Hasaranga imitate the celebrations of Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Jr respectively. On the other hand, Rahul imitates Manchester City’s Jack Grealish celebration whenever he scores a hundred in the cash-rich or in international cricket. With some of the cricketers imitating the footballers’ celebrations, the Premier League India took to Twitter and posted a collage of image where cricketers are imitating the footballers’ celebrations.

Talking about the Indian T20 League 2022. Jos Buttler has been in staggering form and is the current holder of the Orange Cap. Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal has been terrific with the ball, picking 18 wickets. He currently holds the Purple Cap. Rahul, on the other hand, has equaled the record of Virat Kohli’s two hundreds in a season against the same team. In the ongoing season, the Lucknow skipper hit two hundreds against Mumbai. Kohli had scored two hundreds against now-defunct Gujarat in 2016.

Talking about the points table, debutants Gujarat and Lucknow are currently in the top four. Gujarat is sitting on the first spot while Lucknow is on the fourth spot. Mumbai, who has lost all their eight games, became the first team to be eliminated from the playoffs race. Their rivals, Chennai have lost six out of eight games and are staring at a humiliating exit from the tournament.
