Nodwin x Rooter BGMI Champions Cup: Gladiators Esports win their first-ever unofficial tournament
Gladiators Esports came on top of the table with a total of 219 points post Day 4 Finals.
Nodwin x Rooter BGMI Champions Cup has finally come to an end with the brand new Battlegrounds Mobile India roster Gladiator Esports grabbing the first spot with a total of 219 points which included 136 finish points and 83 placement points. Gladiators were dominant throughout the finals and remained consistent as well.
Gladiators frontline assaulter Parth ‘Deltapg’ Garg won the MVP (Most Valuable Player) award by acquiring 41 finish points. Revenant Esports ended as the 1st runner-up with a total number of 194 points which included 117 elimination points and 77 placement points. Team 8-bit was also one of the teams who were consistent throughout the tournament and ended up as the 2nd runner-up with a total number of 173 points which included 102 finish points and 71 placement points.

Earlier, Gladiators Esports IGL (In-Game leader) Ammar ‘Destro’ Khan talked about how they joined the brand new organisation. He also talked about his roster and said that they can become one of the best BGMI teams in the country. Destro also said that his only goal is to win multiple tournaments for the organisation, however, he also ensured that he will create an impact as an individual player.
“When I was first approached by Gladiator Esports for this new lineup, I was a bit concerned about signing with a new organization. However, after meeting the upper management and ensuring they believed in Indian esports and the future of BGMI, I signed the contract. I believe the roster they have put together is a fabulous one, and with a bit of work, we can go on to be amongst the best in the country.” Destro was quoted as saying by Sportskeeda.
“As an esports athlete, my goal is to win tournaments for Gladiators Esports. I want to finish in a respectable position in every tournament I play for my organization. Additionally, I want to make sure I am creating an impact as an individual player as well.” he said
