Former India skipper Virat Kohli has expressed his empathy for the Coromandel express accident victims. The unfortunate incident took place on the night of June 2. It all happened after two different teams collided with each other, a rare occasion. Meanwhile, it happened as both trains were running on the same track but toward each other. As a result, the bogies of both trains have been derailed.
At the time of writing, the Odisha State government announced around 238 people were dead. On the other hand, more than 900 people are injured and hospitalized. It is believed that the rescue operation will be completed by June 3 evening. Meanwhile, former India skipper, Virat Kohli has extended his condolences for the heavenly abode and prayers for the injured.
