‘Le Bhai phir system hang’ – Trolls on Elvish Yadav as a new breakthrough in the snake venom-rave party case might put him in legal trouble!

According to the police, a forensic investigation reveals the use of cobra and krait species snake venom in samples taken from the party, which is a major development in the Elvish Yadav snake venom-rave party case. Since a raid in November 2023 on a rave party in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, which he attended, suspicions have been raised that attendees were using snake venom to get intoxicated. The well-known YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner has been entangled in a legal tangle.

Mr Yadav faces charges for both possessing and using snake venom in addition to attending the party. He told police officers about Bollywood singer Fazilpuria and claimed that the singer had orchestrated the snakes in one of his videos. An NGO called People for Animals (PFA) busted five individuals for smuggling snakes during a sting operation last year. Nine reptiles, comprising five cobras, were saved from Elvish Yadav’s gathering following the arrestees’ admission that they had provided snakes for the occasion. In addition, the party contained about 20 millilitres of possible snake venom.

In addition to being at the party, Mr Yadav is accused of using and possessing snake venom. He claimed that Bollywood singer Fazilpuria had orchestrated the snakes in one of his videos and told police officers about the singer. Elvish Yadav, who gained notoriety through his YouTube channel and triumph on a reality show, disputes all of the charges.

The police have questioned 26-year-old Rahul Yadav twice in an effort to find out more about his involvement in the sale of snake venom based on comments he made while being held in connection with the celebration. The accused admitted under oath that they supplied snake venom to rave parties Elvish Yadav hosted during questioning.

Following the submission of samples from the rave party to the Jaipur FSL for analysis, a formal complaint was lodged against Elvish Yadav at the Noida Sector 49 police station. The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act of 1985 governs drug use, but since no drugs were found at the scene, no charges have been filed under this act. Elvish Yadav swore to fully cooperate with the ongoing police investigation and angrily refuted the claims, describing them as unfounded and fictitious.
