Although teams do not have many options to work out, the players who have entered the auction pool make things interesting and there are many players who might end up breaking records by becoming the highest bid in history.

The New Zealand allrounder is all set to take the auction stage by storm as he is one of the best allrounders when it comes to the shortest format of the game. With allrounders at high stakes in the tournament, franchises might fight among themselves to rope in James Neesham.
Concerning his poor run, the Black Caps star has not been at his very best of late and this might come as a concern for the franchises. Although, it is highly likely that his potential to single-handedly destroy the opponent teams might come as a takeaway for the teams.
2) Cameron Green
Cameron Green might get his first Indian T20 League contract in the upcoming mini-auction and in style, as his prowess could trigger a bidding war amongst all teams, given that the player has the ability to go all out on his given day.
The Australian allrounder was added to the 20-20 World Cup 2022 squad at the last moment and much to the stupefaction of the Australian fans, Green fared well for the Kangaroos in the multinational tournament.
