The International League T20 (ILT20) is just days away and the much-anticipated tournament will kick off on January 13, Friday. Given that the franchises from the Indian T20 League own three teams from the league, one has to agree that there would be no shortage of viewership whatsoever.
With six teams going against each other and several veterans taking part in the league, one can claim that it could become a blockbuster right from the inaugural season of ILT20. The likes of Andre Russell, Dwayne Bravo, Kieron Pollard, Chris Lynn and Paul Stirling will be a part of the contest, adding up to the excitement.
The top four from the group stage would fight it off in the playoffs with the top 2 teams facing off against each other in Qualifier 1. The third and fourth-placed teams will play off in the Eliminator, with the loser getting eliminated. The loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of Eliminator will clash against each other in the second Qualifier, with the winner progressing to the summit clash to fight it off against the winner of Qualifier 1.
