Hyderabad pacer Umran Malik has been the find of the ongoing Indian T20 League 2022. Malik has been troubling the batters with his tearaway pace bowling in the tournament. This is the reason he has been winning the ‘Swiggy Instamart Fastest Delivery Award after every Hyderabad game. He has been bowling the fastest deliveries in every game his side plays and has recently recorded the fastest delivery of the season (154 kmph).

Meanwhile, Lucknow all-rounder Krishnappa Gowtham has made a complaint on Twitter about the poor service of Swiggy. According to the tweet, he had placed an order on May 3 at 9:45 PM which wasn’t delivered.  “I’ve had the absolute worst experience with @Swiggy_in @SwiggyCares. My order #134669736448 was placed at 9:45pm and I still haven’t received the order. At 11:35pm I finally got a response from customer support saying there’s nothing they can do. #RIPCUSTOMERCARE,” Gowtham tweeted.

His tweet gave the Netizens an opportunity to have some fun on Twitter. The Netizens  hilariously asked the food delivery giant to hire the likes of Umran Malik, former Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt, and Gujarat and New Zealand pacer Lockie Ferguson. For the unversed, this isn’t the first time the company has come into the limelight for the wrong reasons. Earlier, Ferguson’s teammate Shubman Gill complained about slow delivery services of the company.

Gill took to Twitter and went on to ask the business magnate Elon Musk to acquire the company so that the delivery services can be improved. Coming back to Gowtham, after his tweet, Fans flooded the social media platform with hilarious reactions. One user raised a question on how a player, participating in the cash-rich league can order food from outside the bio-bubble.

Another user trolled Gowtham by reminding of a catch he dropped in the 2021 season while playing for Chennai. Another user noted that Swiggy is one of the sponsors of the ongoing season.

This is how Twitter reacted
