Hilarious! Mark Wood misses the team huddle, imitates it while standing on the boundary
The England team is on the tour of the Caribbean for a three-match Test series started on March 8. The team is looking to rebuild and improve their performances in the longest format after having a disappointing year in 2021. Last year, the Three Lions had lost series against India in India and New Zealand in England. They then lost two matches against India in England. They lost Ashes in January this year.
They started the year after clean sweeping Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka in a two-match series early. Since then, they lost to India in the four-match series in India. Later on, they lost to New Zealand at home in a two-match series and were trailing by 1-2 against India in the five match series before the last game was postponed due to COVID19 cases in the Indian camp. In the Ashes Down Under, the Joe Root-led side was thrashed by 4-0. After the series, veteran pacers, James Anderson and Stuart Broad were dropped for the England tour.
Meanwhile, Mark Wood, who is part of the XI in the first Test, missed the team huddle as he standing on the other side of the field. The pacer, however, chose to imitate it while standing on the other side, which left the commentators in splits.
