Gods Reign Bids farewell to its old BGMI Roster

Published on

Popular esports organization Gods Reign recently announced the departure of their legendary BGMI roster, featuring some of the most popular esports athletes in India. This comes soon after Gladiators Esports also announced the departure of their BGMI roster.

The roster included Harsh “AquaNox” Rao, Hamza “Blaze” Khozema Hyderabadwala, Shubham “NinjaJOD” Ranjan Sahoo, Mohammed “Owais” Lakhani and “Robin” Singh Shekhawat.

“You were not just a team but the pillars of our shared dreams and victories. Best wishes on your new journeys,” Gods Reign posted along with a tribute video dedicated to the team and their achievements.

While not always the best, the team was considered among the top five best BGMI rosters across India. In their last few tournaments, the team performed phenomenally and managed to secure second position in the India – Korea Invitational match, proving that Indian gamers are ready for international events.

The team also consistently stayed in the top five in various other tournaments and was also popular in the streaming world with thousands of viewers tuning in to watch them play live.

While Robin has reportedly joined OREsports, other team members are yet to announce their future plans. Owais thanked everyone for their support, however, expressed his disappointment as he always wanted to play with the current roster.

There is a chance that all remaining members might join the same roster in a different esports organization. For the time being, other BGMI teams and their fans displayed support and commended their performance.

Rumours of a new BGMI roster?

As for the new BGMI roster for Gods Reign, rumours are now surfacing that the old roster for Gladiators Esports consisted of Ammar “Destro” Khan, Justin “Justin” Nadar, Parth “DeltaPG” Garg, and Pawan “SHOGUN” Kumar.

However, these are all speculations, with fans awaiting an official announcement from Gods Reign themselves.
