The ODI World Cup 2023 final is just 24 hours away and fans are buzzed to see the festivities get underway. Five time champions, Australia will take on hosts and favourites India in the mega finale of the tournament. People from around the world will be tuning in to watch this iconic clash unfold.

The Narendra Modi stadium will be hosting the final of the ODI World Cup 2023. The toss is set to take place at 1:30 P.M and the match will get underway at 2 P.M. Many dignitaries are expected to be present for this showpiece event. The Prime Ministers of both the countries will be witnessing this immense battle together. The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath will also be present for the match.

The Indian Cricket Board and apex cricket council have decided to hand-out special blazers to the former World Cup winning captains. So all the world cup winning captains from 1975 to 2019 will be present at the stadium. It is very unlikely that Pakistan’s 1992 World Cup winning skipper will be present at the stadium. This is because he is currently in jail and might not be able to witness this epic event.

The Indian Cricket Board has organised a closing ceremony which will be divided into parts to save time. To start off the proceedings, the Indian Air Force will be performing a 10-minute air-show for the viewers. This will take place just after the toss and right before the national anthems of the two teams.

Which artists will perform at the ODI World Cup 2023 final?

500 dancers will make different shapes on the pitch during the mid-innings break, during which Pritam and other vocalists will perform and lap the ground. He will probably sing a 10-minute set that includes the songs Deva Deva, Kesariya, Lehra Do, and Jeetega Jeetega.

In the second innings, the stadium roof will be transformed into a canvas for a lights as well as laser show, which will be shown to the audience throughout the second drinks interval. Laser Magic Productions, a UK-based curator, will programme this show.
